Ganpati Tubes & Fabricators (P) Ltd. a company is promoted by the promoters having the track record over four decades in the Pipe Industry. An ultra-Mordern manufacturing facility spread over 8000 sq.mtrs has been installed Bhiwadi (Rajasthan) to manufacture stainless steel pipes and tubes from 6mm OD TO 142mm OD. With an experience of more than 10 years of manufacturing stainless steel pipes and tubes , Ganpati Tubes capable of meeting the customers specific needs within the range of production and the products are always of high quality. A large production base ensure timely delivery even for the urgent requirements of the customers.

Product and Application -:
Ganpati Stainless Steel Tubes are manufactured from cold rolled , bright annealed stainless steel strips which is gradually formed into a circular profile and subsequently welded on-line with a TIG welding process and cut to desired length. Detailed manufacturing process is given in the chart. Ganpati Stainless Steel tubes find application in the following industries :-

Ganpati specializes in the manufacturing of section tube viz. square tubes , rectangle tubes , elliptical tubes etc. All these sections are made on-line using the latest technology equipment and designed to make perfect sections.

Quality Control

Stringent quality control system , state of the art equipment , expertise and technology make it possible to manufacture stainless steel tubes to the complete satisfaction of the customers.
The process requirements are carefully noted down , depending upon the requirements, and are strictly followed through out the manufacturing process. Every tubes is subjected to a numbers of tests and the company employs the latest technology in doing such tests. Every tube manufactured is certified having met all the specified requirements before dispatch.

Both destructive and nondestructive tests are conducted bring the following facilities-:

a)Mechanical Testing - Tensile , hardness , flattening , flange , reverse bending , and flare tests are carried out in full compliance with relevant standards as per ASTM A-370.

b)Hydrostatic testing - 100% hydrostatic testing carried out according to ASTM-A 450 and ASTM-A 530 norms.

c)Corrosion Testing - Intergranular Corrosion testing is carried out according to ASTM A-262 as per practice 'C' and practice 'E'.
