Ganpati Stainless Steel Tubes
are manufactured from cold rolled
, bright annealed stainless steel
strips which is gradually formed
into a circular profile and subsequently
welded on-line with a TIG welding
process and cut to desired length.

to a numbers of tests and the
company employs the latest technology
in doing such tests. Every tube
manufactured is certified having
met all the specified requirements
before dispatch.
Both destructive and nondestructive
tests are conducted bring the
following facilities-:
a)Mechanical Testing -
Tensile , hardness , flattening
, flange , reverse bending , and
flare tests are carried out in
full compliance with relevant
standards as per ASTM A-370.
b)Hydrostatic testing -
100% hydrostatic testing carried
out according to ASTM-A 450 and
ASTM-A 530 norms.
c)Corrosion Testing - Intergranular
Corrosion testing is carried out
according to ASTM A-262 as per
practice 'C' and practice 'E'.
